Figure skating for adults

You're never too old to shine on the ice.

Adults can also learn to ice skate or refine their technique with us! Our courses offer tailored content for beginners as well as advanced skaters who want to expand their skills. In a motivating and supportive atmosphere, experienced instructors will support you in improving your skating technique and mastering new challenges.

Course content:

• Beginners:
  Basics of ice skating such as balance, basic steps, simple step sequences and easy skating elements.

• Advanced:
  In-depth study of step sequences, forward and backward riding techniques and translation.

• For advanced students with ambition:
  Introduction to simple pirouettes and first jumping elements – for more expression, dynamism and fun on the ice.

Our level-appropriate groups provide individual support so that you can develop safely and purposefully.

Special offer for students:
Students are welcome and benefit from a reduced course price.

Course times:

Our year-round courses take place every morning at the St. Jakob Arena ice rink. During peak season, we also offer courses at the Margarethen artificial ice rink to provide even more flexibility and ice time.
