Course duration: August 18, 2025 – September 28, 2025

Course location: St. Jakob Arena Basel, Mittlere Allee 18, 4052 Basel

Target group

This course is aimed at skaters who have successfully completed the Interbronze test and are willing to participate regularly in performance-oriented training. The training includes both on-ice and off-ice sessions. Participants must demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility, motivation, and training discipline.

Training times

Monday:

• Ice training: 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm

• Off-Ice Training: 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM

Tuesday:

• Ice training: 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM (only on September 16 and 23, 2025)

Wednesday:

• Ice training: 5:15 pm – 6:15 pm

• Off-Ice Training: 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM

Saturday (various times, see Spond):

• Ice training: 2:45 pm – 3:45 pm (from August 30th + September 13th)

Sunday Ladies from (16 years) (various times, see Spond):

• Ice training: 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (from September 14th at 1:30 p.m., then 1x at 11:15 a.m.)
  

Cost

The price of the course has already been communicated as part of the season planning and depends on the group size.

Important instructions

• Registration is binding.

• Regular attendance is a prerequisite for attending the course.

• Course times may vary depending on the date, and changes can be found on Spond.

Group size

• A course requires a minimum number of 3 participants.

• If a course does not take place, participants will be informed in good time.
